Experience:

John started his fitness journey out of necessity following a car accident which left him with a debilitating back injury. Specialists advised its impact was so detrimental it would prevent him from performing simple daily tasks. Desperate to find another solution to surgery eventually led John through a variety of training disciplines and sports from martial arts to obstacle courses, eventually finding his anchor in CrossFit.

John’s experience over the years has seen him train and coach with some of the best in the business at countless gyms and boxes around the world. This has bred an obsession for correct technique & procedures on the floor. In his time as a trainer he has worked with MMA fighters as strength and conditioning coach for Whimps2Warriors Australasia.

He believes in walking his own talk and likes to put his own strength and fitness to the test by competing in a number of CrossFit competitions over the last 3 years. His motivation is like no other when it comes to coaching others, you will be inspired, moved, empowered and you will want to be better. From his attention to detail of coaching to turning your session into the most fun you’ve experienced from a trainer, he’s got you covered!
