To achieve good health, I stand by my philosophy that you get out what you put in. Meaning, If you train hard and eat clean, you will set yourself up for success in your pursuit for good health.

 

Qualifications:
Cert 3 and 4
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer
Currently Studying Bachelor of Exercise and Movement Science/ Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology)

Philosophy:
To achieve good health, I stand by my philosophy that you get out what you put in. Meaning, if you train hard and eat clean, you will set yourself up for success in your pursuit for good health.

I strongly support the CrossFit Philosophy that has shaped my understanding that fitness is more complex than just being able to run a marathon or be able to lift heavy. To be truly fit you must have a well-rounded base across all the components of fitness. Consistently combining a variety of weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural (cardio) activities will provide anyone with a high level of balanced fitness.
